Job summary

Sii Poland, part of the ServiceNow Competency Center, seeks a Business Analyst to translate customer needs into ServiceNow solutions. You will work closely with developers and stakeholders to define requirements, document deliverables, and guide UAT and production deployment.

Requirements include 3+ years with ServiceNow, strong communication, Agile experience, and fluency in Polish and English. Located in Poland, the role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment in a modern office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Ability to work with technology and business stakeholders daily.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation with customers, and implementing solutions based on ServiceNow best practices.
• Fundamental understanding of JavaScript, REST API, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience creating understandable flow charts according to BPMN guidelines.
• Fluency in Polish and English; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Performing business analysis to understand customers’ expectations for ServiceNow solutions.
• Translating user requirements into development specs and supporting the development team.
• Designing solutions aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• Creating and managing project and deliverable documentation.
• Establishing technical requirements for the delivery team (user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Supervising development progress and guiding customers through UAT.
