Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to work with customers across Europe and the US. You will analyze requirements, translate them into specs, and guide the delivery team through UAT and deployments, ensuring solutions align with business needs.

The role requires fluency in Polish and English, a minimum of 3 years on the ServiceNow platform, and Poland residence. Great training and collaboration opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Ability to work with both technology and business stakeholders daily.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills addressing development issues and customers.
• Familiarity with BPMN and flow charts.

Responsibilities

• Performing business analysis to understand customers’ expectations for ServiceNow solutions.
• Translating user requirements into development specs and supporting the team.
• Designing solutions aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Creating and managing project and deliverable documentation.
• Establishing technical requirements for the delivery team.
• Supervising development progress and guiding UAT.
• Managing production deployment.
• Conducting training for end-users on the platform’s usability.
