Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join the Sii ServiceNow Competency Center. You will analyze customer needs, translate them into development specs, and guide the delivery team through UAT and production deployment.

The role requires strong communication with tech and business stakeholders, expertise in JavaScript, REST APIs, databases, and Agile/Scrum, and fluency in Polish and English while residing in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Ability to work with both technology and business stakeholders daily.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills addressing development issues and customers.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, REST, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Polish and English fluency; Poland residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis to understand customer expectations for ServiceNow solutions.
• Translate user requirements into development specifications for the team.
• Design solutions aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• Create and manage project and deliverable documentation.
• Establish technical requirements for delivery (user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Supervise development progress and guide customers through UAT.
• Manage production deployment.
• Conduct training for end-users on platform usability.
