Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish and English is mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience as a Business Analyst.
• Ability to translate requirements to technical specs and liaise with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Performing business analysis to understand customers' expectations for ServiceNow solutions.
• Translating requirements into development specs and supporting the team.
• Designing solutions aligned with stakeholders' needs.
• Creating and managing project and deliverable documentation.
• Setting technical requirements for the delivery team (user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Supervising development progress and guiding customers during UAT.
• Managing production deployment.
• Conducting training for end-users on platform usability.
