Job summary

Sii Sp. z o.o. in Białystok seeks a ServiceNow Analyst to translate user needs into actionable specifications and support the delivery team. You will guide UAT, manage deployments, and train end users on platform usage, contributing to ITSM, HRSD, and SecOps initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder handling, and a solid understanding of BPMN and REST APIs within ServiceNow. Polish and English fluency are essential, with Poland residency expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Daily collaboration with tech and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of ServiceNow technologies such as JavaScript, REST API and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience creating BPMN flow charts.
• Polish and English fluency; residence in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs for ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom solutions.
• Translate requirements into development specs and support the team.
• Design solutions aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• Create and manage project and deliverable documentation.
• Define technical requirements for delivery (user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Supervise progress and guide clients through UAT.
• Manage production deployment and training for end users.
