Job summary

Sii Sp. z o.o. in Warszawa is seeking a ServiceNow Analyst to optimize ITSM processes and drive BPMN-based solutions within ServiceNow. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and guide the development team through delivery, UAT, and production deployment.

The role requires at least 3 years on the ServiceNow platform, fluent Polish and English, and the ability to work with both technology and business stakeholders in Poland. Agile mindset and BPMN proficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Fluency in Polish and English is required.
Residing in Poland is required.
Familiarity with BPMN guidelines and ServiceNow best practices.

Responsibilities

Performing business analysis to understand customers’ expectations for ServiceNow solutions.
Translating user requirements into development specifications and supporting the development team.
Designing solutions aligned with stakeholders’ requirements.
Creating and managing project and deliverable documentation.
Establishing technical requirements for the delivery team (user stories, acceptance criteria).
Supervising development progress and guiding customers through the UAT phase.
Managing production deployment.
Conducting necessary training for end-users on the platform’s usability and implemented solutions.
