Job summary

Optiveum is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to join the team of an EU institution based in Warsaw. You will administer, secure and optimize the ServiceNow platform within an ICT Service Management environment, translating business requirements into technical solutions and supporting users and improvement projects.

This on-site, full-time role requires EU citizenship, English at C1 level and fluent Polish, and expects hands-on ServiceNow experience, ITSM knowledge, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

Hands-on ServiceNow administration with security and upgrades.
Strong ITSM process knowledge (incident and change).
Experience with MariaDB.
Business analysis skills.
ServiceNow certification(s).
Bachelor's degree.
English at C1 level and fluent Polish.

Responsibilities

Administering, configuring and maintaining the ServiceNow platform.
Managing platform security, upgrades, incidents and availability.
Gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Supporting ServiceNow enhancement projects and bug fixing.
Contributing to risk management, disaster recovery and service continuity.
Delivering training and user support, and maintaining technical documentation.
