Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience, including relevant ServiceNow work.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificates (or equivalents).
• Excellent hands-on experience configuring, administering, and designing ServiceNow solutions (ITSM and others).
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST) and IT security standards.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to undergo Personal Security Clearance procedure.

About the Client & Cooperation

Optiveum acts as a sourcing partner for this position. You will sign a cooperation agreement with our trusted IT contracting partner to deliver services for a prominent European Union agency headquarters based in Warsaw.

About the Role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support the implementation, customization, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical designs, writing code, and ensuring the stability and security of the platform.

What You Will Do

• Implement new configurations, customizations, and written code for the ServiceNow platform.

• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow instance, including all underlying files, services (binaries, tomcat, java, key stores), and MariaDB databases to ensure security and performance.

• Run development projects in close cooperation with ServiceNow Architects and Administrators.

• Analyze and resolve application-related incidents, perform bug fixes, apply patches, and execute version upgrades.

• Ensure seamless ServiceNow integration with complex internal agency systems.

• Provide recommendations for business requirements, technical designs, and solution architecture.

• Maintain highly accurate technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles, and user manuals.

Must-Have Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 2 years specifically in a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.

• Certifications: You must hold both the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificates (or recognized international equivalents).

• Technical Skills: Excellent hands-on experience configuring (ITSM and others), administering, and designing ServiceNow solutions.

• Integrations & Security: Strong knowledge of key integration technologies (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST) and IT security standards.

• Language: English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.

• Clearance: Willingness and eligibility to undergo a Personal Security Clearance procedure.

Nice to have: Experience with on-premise ServiceNow environments is highly advantageous.

What is Offered

Salary: 130 – 180 PLN net / hour
