Job summary

OPTIVEUM sp. z o.o. seeks a ServiceNow Developer to support the implementation, customization, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions for a prominent EU agency headquartered in Warsaw.

You will translate business needs into technical designs, write code, and ensure platform stability and security, collaborating with architects and administrators. The role requires minimum 5 years of IT experience and ServiceNow certifications, with English at B2 level and willingness for on-site work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience, including relevant ServiceNow work.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificates (or equivalents).
• Excellent hands-on experience configuring, administering, and designing ServiceNow solutions (ITSM and others).
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST) and IT security standards.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to undergo Personal Security Clearance procedure.

Responsibilities

• Implement new configurations, customizations, and code for the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow instance, including binaries, services, and databases.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects and Administrators on development projects.
• Analyze incidents, perform bug fixes, apply patches, and execute upgrades.
• Ensure seamless integration with internal agency systems within the platform.
• Provide recommendations for business requirements, design, and solution architecture.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and SOPs.
