Sopra Steria Polska is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer (Public Sector) to join our Katowice team and deliver enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. You will participate in government and public-sector projects, translating business requirements into scalable ITSM workflows, catalog items, and integrations.

The role requires 4+ years on ServiceNow, CSA certification, ITSM expertise, and strong JavaScript.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• CSA certification.
• Strong ITSM knowledge on ServiceNow.
• Advanced JavaScript scripting skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and ITIL practices.
• Fluent English (B2/C1).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work from Katowice office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow ITSM module.
• Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, catalog items, business rules, and scripts.
• Implement new functionalities per business and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide long-term fixes.
• Review and refactor custom code for performance and maintainability.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases with testing.
• Monitor integrations and APIs for reliable operations.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Suggest continuous improvements to enhance platform functionality and UX.
