Job description

ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure the ServiceNow platform, including implementation of new functionalities and customizations
• Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for solution implementation
• Develop, modify, and maintain platform code and configurations
• Perform testing, validation of changes, and ensure system integrity through code reviews
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Architect and Administrator on project delivery
• Maintain and administer the ServiceNow environment (patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and system maintenance)
• Ensure proper integration of ServiceNow with external systems
• Handle incident resolution, bug fixing, and implementation of standard changes
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, SOPs, user guides, and knowledge base articles
• Support architecture design, project planning, security, and disaster recovery activities
• Contribute to solution design and propose technical improvements
• Support daily operations and platform development activities across teams
• Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of IT relevant professional experience and minimum 2 years at similar position
• English level: B2 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam
• Minimum 4 level of education
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certificate or equivalent is required
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificate or equivalent is required
• Practical hands‑on experience designing ServiceNow platform solutions (will be advantageous)
• Excellent practical hands‑on experience with requirements gathering, analysis and project management
• Excellent practical knowledge of ServiceNow products portfolio
• Excellent practical knowledge of Service Management
• Knowledge of key technologies for ServiceNow integration (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST, etc.)
• Excellent practical hands‑on experience in configuring, developing and maintaining ServiceNow platform (experience with on‑prem will be advantageous)
• Experience in creating customized solutions of the ServiceNow platform
• Experience in administration and maintenance of ServiceNow in a devops role
• Experience in managing the backend of ServiceNow platform in on‑prem setup will be advantageous
• Experience in creating SOPs and other technical documentation
• Well understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability
• Knowledge of IT security standards
