Job summary

Optiveum is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to join the team of an EU institution based in Warsaw. You will administer, secure and optimize the ServiceNow platform within an ICT Service Management environment, translating business requirements into technical solutions and supporting users and improvement projects.

This on-site, full-time role requires EU citizenship, English at C1 level and fluent Polish, and expects hands-on ServiceNow experience, ITSM knowledge, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow administration with security and upgrades.
• Strong ITSM process knowledge (incident and change).
• Experience with MariaDB.
• Business analysis skills.

ServiceNow Administrator

About the Offer

We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join the team of our client, a European Union institution based in Warsaw. You will manage and optimise the ServiceNow platform within an ICT Service Management environment: administering and securing the platform, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and supporting users and enhancement projects. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment partner, and the cooperation agreement will be signed directly with our contracting partner.

Key Details:

• Rate: up to 40 EUR/h net (B2B)

• Work Model: on-site in Warsaw, full-time (40 h/week)

• Location: Warsaw

• Important: EU citizenship is required for this role
