Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of MariaDB management.
• Professional Certifications in ServiceNow field.
• Bachelor degree is required.
• Official English language certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Platform Management: Ensure secure operation, configuration, and lifecycle management of the ServiceNow platform.
• Operational Administration: Manage security, upgrades, incidents, and platform functionality with architects and developers.
• Availability & Continuity: Ensure platform availability, compliance, and service continuity.
• Business Analysis: Gather and translate business needs into technical solutions aligned with architecture.
• Development Oversight: Supervise ServiceNow development and bug fixing.
• Project & Risk Support: Assist in risk management, disaster recovery, and security management for organization-wide services.

• Platform Management: Ensure the secure operation, configuration, and lifecycle management of the ServiceNow platform,.
• Operational Administration: Manage security, upgrades, incident resolution, and platform functionality in cooperation with architects and developers,.
• Availability & Continuity: Ensure platform availability, compliance, and service continuity,.
• Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and assess business needs and user requirements, translating them into optimal technical solutions aligned with architecture design,.
• Development Oversight: Supervise ServiceNow development and improvement projects and oversee bug fixing,.
• Project & Risk Support: Support project management in implementing organizational-wide service management capabilities and assist in risk management, disaster recovery, and security management,.
