Iron Mountain is seeking a UK Senior Payroll Analyst to lead end-to-end UK payroll operations within the EMEA Payroll team. You will ensure accurate data, validate calculations, and collaborate with the external payroll vendor while driving optimization and compliance.

The role emphasizes strong Excel/Sheets usage, automation, and best-in-class service for employees and stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven direct experience in UK Payroll Operations (in-house or vendor side).
• In-Depth UK Payroll Expertise incl. tax, NI, salary sacrifice, wagetype setup.
• System expertise and payroll project management knowledge.
• Strong skills with Workday and case management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee UK payroll processing end-to-end.
• Coordinate with external payroll vendor and SLA management.
• Respond to employee compensation queries and resolve escalations.
• Drive payroll process automation and continuous improvement.
• Monitor service metrics and ensure compliance monitoring.
