Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist - EMEA to ensure accurate and timely payroll across entities. You will coordinate monthly inputs, validate changes, and partner with HR, Finance, and the external payroll provider to keep cycles running smoothly.

You will support process improvements, maintain lifecycle data, apply deductions, and assist with internal and external payroll audits. Strong attention to detail and English communication are essential to deliver compliant payroll

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payroll administration/processing.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet monthly deadlines.
• Fluent written and spoken English for collaboration with stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time for assigned entities.
• Collect, review and input monthly payroll changes.
• Prepare and submit payroll input files to the external provider and follow up.
• Resolve queries with HR, Finance and local stakeholders; support audits.
• Maintain lifecycle data and ensure payroll data is complete and up to date.
