Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to lead end-to-end EMEA payroll via ADP and EOR vendors in a hybrid, multinational setting. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely pay across jurisdictions, while guiding audits and financial reporting.

You will own complex reconciliations, drive automation, and partner with HR, Finance, Tax and Legal to optimize processes. A strong leadership track record and 7+ years in payroll are required.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of payroll experience in multi-country EMEA settings.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxation, social security and compliance.
• Professional payroll qualification (CIPP, GPA, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EMEA payroll delivery via ADP and EOR vendors with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Lead vendor governance, SLAs, performance reviews, and contractual compliance.
• Sign-off on payroll inputs/outputs for hires, terminations, changes, bonuses, and benefits.
• Perform complex payroll analyses, reconciliations, and root-cause investigations.
• Own EMEA payroll reporting, analytics, and Board-level insights.
• Drive month-end and year-end close with GL reconciliations and statutory filings.
• Champion payroll transformation, automation, and global process improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal.
