Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA HR / Payroll team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Warsaw. You will be responsible for end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Poland in partnership with our in-country payroll provider, ensuring accuracy, timely disbursements, and compliance with statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of payroll experience, fluency in English and Polish, and advanced Excel skills to support data conversion and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of payroll experience, preferably in international or Shared Services environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Poland payroll regulations and reporting obligations.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Strong Excel skills for data conversion and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for Poland with ICP and ensure timely disbursements and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with ICP, HRO supplier, EMEA HR, Accounting, and COE for inquiries and escalations.
• Develop end-to-end payroll process documentation to improve efficiency.
• Assist in data conversion workbooks and Joint Solution Design sessions with advanced Excel use.
• Prepare detailed payroll-related reports on expenditures, benefits, and taxes.
