Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented UK Senior Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA Payroll team. You will oversee, review, and execute UK payroll processing, and collaborate with our external payroll vendor to ensure timely cycles and accurate data submission.

This 100% remote role offers flexible work-from-home options across Poland, Romania and Hungary, with market-aligned compensation and opportunities to enhance automation and governance through analytics and AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Proven direct experience in UK Payroll Operations.
• In-depth UK Payroll expertise: NI, salary sacrifice schemes, wagetype setup.
• Strong knowledge of UK tax calculations.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday) and case management (ServiceNow).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets formulas; AI for automation is a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities; able to handle escalations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee UK payroll processing and data submission to vendor.
• Collaborate with external payroll vendor to monitor SLAs and cycles.
• Serve as primary contact for employee compensation questions.
• Drive process excellence; implement automation and data validation.
• Track case volumes and service levels for internal and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll regulations and NI standards.
