Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience supporting multiple countries, preferably across EMEA, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including accurate data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience transforming raw data into meaningful reports for different audiences.
• Hands-on data entry and validation with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in changing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and confidentiality in handling payroll data.
• Professional written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processes across multiple EMEA countries, including in-house payroll processing and coordination with local vendors.
• Review and control payroll-related payments to employees, tax authorities, and social security offices for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare monthly wage-tax returns and support payroll compliance across applicable countries.
• Process payroll-related journal entries into the general ledger accurately.
• Partner with HR and Finance as the main contact for payroll inquiries, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Analyze the financial impact of changes to social security, benefits, and wage-tax legislation for planning and decision-making.
• Validate and report payroll data, ensuring confidentiality and timely delivery to stakeholders.
