Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and motivated Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA HR / Payroll team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Poland in partnership with our in-country payroll provider, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Based in Warsaw with a hybrid work setup, you will collaborate with ICP, HR, accounting, and COE, develop process documentation, run data conversions in Excel, and prepare payroll reports and tax

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of payroll experience, ideally in international or SSC environments.
• Strong knowledge of Poland payroll laws, regulations, and reporting.
• Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Proficient with Excel and data conversion workbooks.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Poland with ICP.
• Coordinate with in-country provider, HR, accounting, and COE on inquiries and escalations.
• Create and maintain end-to-end payroll process documentation.
• Support data conversion and reporting activities with advanced Excel skills.
• Prepare payroll expenditure and tax reports for management.
