Strada is hiring a UK Payroll Delivery Specialist to process payroll end-to-end from Kraków, Poland, remotely with UK clients. You will monitor ticket queues, use hrX tools, and interpret payslips, ensuring compliance with the payroll calendar and data integrity.

The role requires 2-3 years of payroll or benefits experience, knowledge of HRIS such as Workday or SAP, and strong MS Office skills. You will join a global team, with benefits including work-from-home options and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of payroll or benefits experience in HR settings.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP or PeopleSoft.
• Proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently process UK payroll end-to-end according to standards.
• Monitor ticket queues and use BI tools to meet timelines.
• Utilise hrX tools for payroll processing and activities.
• Read payslips and follow payroll calendar with accuracy.
• Identify deviations and support change requests as needed.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Create and review standard and client payroll reports.
• Answer payroll questions and support SOC1 controls.
• Validate data for accuracy and initiate corrections.
