• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in training, learning & development, or enablement in customer service or order management.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
• Experience with LMS and digital learning tools.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear learning content.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver system training for Order Management teams (S/4HANA, Salesforce, ICE).
• Create and facilitate soft skills training focused on customer experience and service excellence.
• Own onboarding programs to ensure a consistent learning journey for new hires.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and e-learning content.
• Assess training needs using performance data and stakeholder feedback.
• Measure training effectiveness through KPIs and evaluations.
