Job summary

Medtronic seeks a sales-focused professional to promote the full range of Diabetes products within Poland, targeting public hospitals and healthcare professionals. You will manage product support and ensure service delivery while coordinating with the MD team.

The role requires 2–3 years of medical devices sales experience, strong English and Polish, and willingness to travel. This is a dynamic team environment within a global healthcare leader.

Qualifications

• Higher education in business, economics, healthcare, engineering or science.
• At least 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Good command of English and Polish language.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or accounts to meet/exceed targets.
• Provide case and technical support during meetings with healthcare professionals.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders at accounts.
• Execute annual and quarterly business plans aligned with the Diabetes marketing plan.
• Maintain high product knowledge and prepare tender-related documentation.
