Job summary

  • Manage returns, claims, disputes, and other customer service activities.
  • Collaborate with regional offices and cross-functional partners for efficient execution.
  • Handle inquiries with professional, solution-oriented communication.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to CI initiatives.

This position is part of the Diabetes Customer Service and Supply Chain organization and operates in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment. You will work in a hybrid setup with an office location at the Center of Expertise in Warsaw, partnering closely with Regional Offices, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and other stakeholders to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the order fulfillment process.

Responsibilities may include:
  • Process and manage customer orders in SAP in line with established procedures and service level expectations
  • Support customers and patients throughout the order fulfillment process and provide timely updates on order status
  • Monitor orders and deliveries and proactively resolve issues that may impact customer satisfaction
  • Manage returns, claims, disputes, and other customer service activities in an accurate and timely manner
  • Collaborate with Regional Offices and cross-functional partners to ensure efficient order execution and issue resolution
  • Handle customer and patient inquiries through professional, solution-oriented communication
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • Fluent Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in an international environment
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, customer care, order management, or a similar customer-focused role
  • For internal candidates, minimum of 2 years of experience in the Customer Service Representative III role
  • Experience working with SAP and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an international team

Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries, familiarity with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, advanced Excel skills, SAP reporting knowledge, or experience with logistics and shipment tracking tools would be considered an advantage but are not required.
