Job summary

Medtronic in Warsaw is seeking a customer service professional to support Europe through order management and cross-functional collaboration. You will work in a hybrid setup with an office in the Center of Expertise in Warsaw, engaging with regional offices, supply chain, finance, and sales to ensure a superior order fulfillment experience.

Required are 3+ years in customer service or related roles, fluency in Spanish and English, and experience with SAP and Excel.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and English with international communication.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service, care, order management, or similar role.
• Experience working with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong customer focus with ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders in SAP following procedures and SLAs.
• Support customers and patients through order fulfillment with timely updates.
• Monitor orders and deliveries and proactively resolve issues affecting satisfaction.
• Manage returns, claims, disputes, and other customer service activities.
• Collaborate with regional offices and cross-functional partners for efficient execution.
• Handle inquiries with professional, solution-oriented communication.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to CI initiatives.
