The ideal candidate has 15+ years leading enterprise learning, SAP training delivery, and instructional design, including Train-the-Trainer programs across large-scale ERP

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading enterprise learning or capability development initiatives.
• Led training workstreams for large SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformations.
• Designed role-based curricula combining business process and SAP content.
• Extensive SAP experience across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Mfg.
• Train-the-Trainer design and delivery with client coaching.

Responsibilities

• Training Strategy & Planning for end-to-end delivery.
• Curriculum & Learning Design across waves and sites.
• Train-the-Trainer management and certification.
• Delivery, deployment, and adoption measurement.
• Coordination of logistics, environments, and data readiness.
