You will independently drive sourcing, manage recruitment processes, stakeholders, reporting and system administration, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Requirements include a Master/Bachelor in HR, Business or Psychology, 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, and fluent English and German.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Poland and Germany.
• Lead active sourcing and direct candidate outreach through social media channels for Germany and selected European markets.
• Publish job advertisements and perform application screening and pre-selection of candidates.
• Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to support planning and decision-making.
• Support recruitment system administration, including templates, user access, and support.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of recruitment data and records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Compliance with work regulations and company policies.
