SMA Magnetics Sp. z o.o. Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support sourcing and recruitment across Germany and selected European markets.

The role involves admin tasks, ad publishing, screening, and data reporting to ensure a positive candidate experience. You will contribute to an efficient recruitment process, utilize social media for candidate outreach, and assist with system administration while maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business, psychology or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience with sourcing, screening and analytics for German and European markets.

Supporting recruitment activities across Germany and selected European markets by assisting with sourcing, recruitment administration, reporting, recruiting analytics, and recruitment system support. The role contributes to attracting qualified candidates, maintaining an efficient recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Your role:

• Support active sourcing and direct candidate outreach through social media channels for Germany and selected European markets.
• Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process.
• Publish job advertisements and perform application screening and pre-selection of candidates.
• Support recruitment reporting and recruiting data analysis.
• Assist with recruitment system administration, including templates, user access rights, and user support
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of recruitment data and records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.

What we require:

• Master or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum2years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.
• Recruitment administration.
• Application screening and pre-selection.
• Recruitment reporting and analytics.
• Recruitment systems administration (templates, access rights, support).
