Job summary

UniSystems is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our UniQue team in Warszawa. You will implement configurations, customize ServiceNow, and help shape new functionalities while ensuring quality and security.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in IT with ServiceNow, and hands-on admin/development experience. Proficiency in English (B2) is essential; knowledge of Web Services, SSO, LDAP and REST is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 5 years of IT experience with minimum 2 years in a similar role.
Hands-on experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow (on-prem is an advantage).
Experience in configuring ServiceNow (ITSM and others).
Experience designing ServiceNow solutions and documenting processes.
Knowledge of ServiceNow product portfolio and IT security standards.
Experience creating SOPs and technical documentation.
Knowledge of Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST for integrations.
Very good command of English (B2).

Responsibilities

Implement new configurations and customizations of the ServiceNow platform.
Analyse and advise on requests for new ServiceNow functionalities.
Test and validate proposed changes.
Write and implement code on the ServiceNow platform.
Perform application and code reviews to ensure system integrity.
Manage and maintain the ServiceNow instance, including files, services, tuning, and security.
Maintain ServiceNow up to date with upgrades and patches.
Manage MariaDB databases used by ServiceNow.
Analyse incidents and perform bug fixes.
Provide recommendations to business requirements and contribute to technical designs.
Maintain up-to-date solution documentation and SOPs.
