Job summary

Quality and Reliability (QnR) in Warsaw seeks a ServiceNow Developer to join a public-sector project. You will craft configurations, custom apps, and integrations, collaborating with the platform's Architect and Administrator to deliver robust solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in IT with 2+ years in ServiceNow, CAD/CSA certs, and strong REST/SOAP/SSO/LDAP integration skills, plus English at B2 or higher.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in ServiceNow development.
• Proficient in JavaScript/GlideScript, workflows, and business rules on ServiceNow.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, SSO and LDAP integrations.
• Hands-on with custom apps, scoped apps, and DevOps on ServiceNow.
• Professional English (CEFR B2) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Build configurations, customisations and scoped apps on ServiceNow.
• Write platform code and scripts, design workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems.
• Maintain platform and MariaDB database.
• Apply upgrades/patches and fix incidents.
• Produce technical docs and knowledge base articles.
