Job summary

Sii Sp. z o.o. in Warszawa is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join the team and contribute to projects across Europe and the United States, focusing on ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/HRSD/SecOps/SPM modules and platform enhancements.

You will analyze requirements, develop and administer ServiceNow, implement workflows, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs), REST/SOAP integrations, and dashboards, and mentor colleagues while ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow development and ITSM modules.
• Ability to analyze requirements and participate in design reviews.
• Strong communication skills in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and participate in SCRUM sessions and requirement analysis.
• Develop and administer ServiceNow configurations, security, data management, workflows, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Create scripts, flows, dashboards and reports; mentor team members.
