Job summary

UNIT4 NV seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions. You will work with the ServiceNow Practice Lead, analysts, and other teams to translate business requirements into platform capabilities.

You will contribute to standards, quality, and platform improvements while mentoring peers and ensuring governance. Strong English and Agile mindset are essential in this role based in Wroclaw, Poland.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development and support experience.
• Experience with ITSM and at least one other ServiceNow product (CSM/HRSD/SPM/App Engine).
• Experience with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, or ServiceNow AI/automation features.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and support ServiceNow apps/workflows.
• Build across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, App Engine, Now Assist, Virtual Agent.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, import sets, and transform maps.
• Promote standard functionality and reusable solutions; minimize customization.
