Job summary

Altherias is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer for a key client in Warsaw, Poland. The role requires extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, ITSM configuration, and solution design in a hybrid remote setting.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong requirements gathering, project management, and documentation skills, plus deep knowledge of integration technologies (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST) and IT security standards.

Requirements

• Excellent practical hands-on experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow platform
• Excellent practical hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow platform (ITSM and others)
• Practical hands-on experience designing ServiceNow platform solutions
• Excellent practical hands-on experience with requirements gathering, analysis and project management
• Excellent practical knowledge of ServiceNow products portfolio
• Excellent practical knowledge of Service Management
• Experience in creating SOPs and other technical documentation
• Knowledge of key technologies for ServiceNow integration (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST, etc.)
• Well understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability
• Knowledge of IT security standards

Education

• Minimum level of education: bachelor’s degree or 3 years of higher education.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of IT relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience at similar position.

Required certificates

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certificate or equivalent;
• and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificate or equivalent.

Language

Location: Warsaw, Poland (20% on-site and 80% remote).
