Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.
• Advanced JavaScript scripting skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and ITIL practices.
• Fluent English (B2/C1) and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to our Katowice office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, primarily within ITSM.
• Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, catalog items, and business rules.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases with testing and validation.
• Monitor integrations and APIs for reliable platform operations.
• Document configurations and share knowledge with stakeholders and Agile teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
