Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join their ServiceNow team delivering services across Europe and the United States. You will work with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, and IRM modules, focusing on risk management and platform automation.

You will analyze requirements, implement configurations, develop scripts, build dashboards, and validate solutions before deployment while collaborating in Scrum ceremonies and ongoing upgrades.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) including Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Ability to configure risk statements, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; fluent Polish and English; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining documentation for ServiceNow implementations.
• Participating in testing, deployment, and requirement review sessions; Scrum involvement.
• Executing platform upgrades and performing admin/config tasks in ServiceNow.
• Developing scripts (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages).
• Creating and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets; setting up dashboards with reporting.
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and ServiceNow instances via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Validating the technical solution before deployment.
