Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join the ServiceNow team. You will work on ITSM/ITOM/IRMS modules, execute platform upgrades, and contribute to automation and integrations across ServiceNow environments in Poland and Europe.

In this role, you will configure risk and compliance in IRM, participate in design reviews and Scrum meetings, and develop scripts and dashboards to enhance end-user experience while maintaining high standards of documentation and testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, SLAM, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Request.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM module including Risk/Policy/Compliance/Audit/Vendor Risk Management.
• Ability to configure risk statements, controls, KRIs, and IRM dashboards.
• Organized and focused, with strong communication skills.
• Polish and English fluency; residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining documentation of ServiceNow configurations and processes.
• Participating in testing, deployment, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Performing administration, configuration, and integration tasks in ServiceNow (security, workflows, data, REST/SOAP).
• Developing server-side and client scripts (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages).
• Building and refining Flows/Workflows, portals, and dashboards.
