Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team and enhance client platforms across Europe. You will work on ITSM/ITOM/IRM modules, including risk and compliance workflows, while contributing to automation and integration projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM including Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, and compliance implementations in IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, objectives, KRIs, and IRM dashboards.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English; residency in Poland is required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation.
• Participate in testing and deployment activities.
• Join requirement analysis, design reviews, and Scrum meetings.
• Execute platform upgrades and skipped records reviews.
• Perform ServiceNow configuration, security, workflows, data management, and integrations.
• Identify opportunities for automation to improve user experience.
• Develop and refine scripts (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages).
• Create, customize, and modify Flow/Workflow, portals and widgets.
• Set up dashboards with reporting capabilities.
• Integrate with 3rd-party tools and ServiceNow instances via REST/SOAP APIs.
