Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join the ServiceNow Competency Center in Poland. You will design and evolve scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM for clients across Europe and the US.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules, strong architecture skills, and excellent communication to collaborate with stakeholders. Residing in Poland is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations.
• At least 2 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and products.
• Hands-on experience with at least three different ServiceNow modules.
• Experience consulting on ITSM tool implementations.
• Knowledge of other ITSM/BPM tools.
• Familiar with PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Strong ITIL principles knowledge.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Residing in Poland required.

• Designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform tailored to client needs
• Supporting the creation of technical offers and project estimations
• Defining optimal technological and architectural solutions
• Identifying, predicting, and reporting technical risks in projects
• Preparing documentation and presentations, including functional designs, technical specifications, and integration documentation
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable solutions
• Supporting the definition and development of ServiceNow's service strategy
