Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our Europe-wide team. You will work on ITSM/ITOM/IRM modules, implement automations, and contribute to platform upgrades and integrations across diverse clients.

The role requires strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, SRM, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and IRM, plus fluent Polish and English and residence in Poland. You will collaborate in a dynamic, Agile environment and drive solutions from design through deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management.
• Experience with the ServiceNow IRM module including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM.
• An organized and focused approach to work; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining existing documentation
• Taking part in the testing and deployment activities
• Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review
• Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow, including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
• Identifying opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
• Developing scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
• Validating the technical solution before deployment
