Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our Europe-wide team. You will maintain documentation, participate in testing, and execute platform upgrades while working with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, and IRM modules.

You will design workflows, scripts, dashboards, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, build automation to improve end-user experience, and contribute to Scrum ceremonies in a collaborative, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module including configuration of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM.
• An organized and focused approach to work
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English is required
• Residing in Poland required

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining existing documentation
• Taking part in the testing and deployment activities
• Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review
• Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow, including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
• Identifying opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
• Developing scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
• Validating the technical solution before deployment
