Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Katowice. You will develop and enhance ServiceNow applications, configure modules, and drive automation to improve end-user experiences across client environments.

The role requires expertise in IRM and core ServiceNow modules, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Polish and English. You will collaborate in an agile setting with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management.
• Previous work with the ServiceNow IRM module, including configuration of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM.
• An organized and focused approach to work; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English; residing in Poland is required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow projects.
• Participate in testing and deployment activities.
• Attend requirement analysis, design reviews, and Scrum meetings; contribute to platform upgrades and skipped records review.
• Perform administration, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow (security, workflow, data management, integrations).
• Identify opportunities for automation to improve user experience on the platform.
• Develop scripts (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages).
• Create, customize, and modify Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets; set up dashboards with reporting.
• Integrate with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances via APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Validate technical solutions prior to deployment.
