Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our European team in Poznań. You will develop and maintain ServiceNow implementations, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, and IRM, and perform upgrades, configurations, and integrations with REST/SOAP.

You will create automations with BRs, UI Actions, ACLs, and UI Pages, design dashboards, and participate in agile ceremonies while ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request Management.
• Experience with IRM (Integrated Risk Management) including Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management in IRM, and creating KRIs and dashboards.
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, and reporting dashboards in IRM.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining existing documentation for ServiceNow implementations.
• Participating in testing, deployments, and upgrades, including skipped records review.
• Participating in requirement analysis, design reviews, and Scrum meetings.
• Performing administration, configuration tasks, security, workflow, data management, and integrations in ServiceNow.
• Identifying automation opportunities to improve end-user experience.
• Developing scripts across Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, and UI Pages.
• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets.
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities.
• Integrating with third-party tools and ServiceNow instances via REST/SOAP APIs.
