Sii Poland is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join its Europe-wide delivery team. You will work on Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and IRM modules, contribute to upgrades, automation, and integrations, and help shape end-to-end platform solutions.

The role requires at least five years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong analytical and communication skills, fluency in Polish and English, and a willingness to reside in Poland.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM: Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methods, control testing, issue management, and compliance frameworks within IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, KRIs, and dashboards in IRM.
• Polish and English fluency; residing in Poland.

Responsabilités

• Creating and maintaining documentation.
• Participating in testing and deployment activities.
• Participating in requirement analysis, design reviews, and Scrum meetings.
• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review.
• Performing admin tasks, configuration, security, workflow, data management and integration in ServiceNow.
• Identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience.
• Developing scripts in Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages.
• Creating, customizing and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals and widgets.
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities.
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances via APIs.
• Validating the technical solution before deployment.
