Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our Europe-wide ServiceNow team. You will work on improving customer platforms, optimizing processes, and expanding platform usage across client environments, with a focus on IRM and core ITSM modules.

Join a diverse team delivering upgrades, automation, and integrations in a collaborative Scrum setting. Fluency in Polish and English is required, and residency in Poland is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Request.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM including risk and compliance management.
• Ability to configure risk statements, KRIs, and dashboards in IRM.
• Polish and English language proficiency; Poland-based residency.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow projects.
• Participate in testing, deployments, and Scrum events.
• Configure security, workflows, data management, and integrations in ServiceNow.
• Develop scripts (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages).
• Set up dashboards and reporting; integrate with 3rd party tools and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Validate solutions before deployment and explore automation opportunities.
