Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dedicated team delivering enterprise-scale solutions across Europe and the United States. You will work on ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, and IRM within the ServiceNow ecosystem, including IRM configuration and risk dashboards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile environment, contribute to upgrades, and implement automation to improve user experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request.
• Previous work with ServiceNow IRM module incl. Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management and compliance frameworks within IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and IRM dashboards.
• Organized and focused, with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English; residing in Poland required.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining documentation.
• Participating in testing and deployment activities.
• Engaging in requirement analysis, reviews, and Scrum meetings.
• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review.
• Performing admin duties, configuration tasks, security, workflows, data management, and integration in ServiceNow.
• Identifying automation opportunities to enhance user experience on the platform.
• Developing scripts in Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, and UI Pages.
• Creating and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets.
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities.
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Validating technical solutions before deployment.
