Job summary

Infinity Quest in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a ServiceNow expert for a 220-day contract with a potential renewal. The role is hybrid: 20% onsite in Poland and 80% remote across EU, requiring strong ServiceNow administration and development skills.

You will implement configurations, analyze requests, test changes, write code, and maintain the ServiceNow instance and related databases. Excellent English (B2) and solid documentation practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years in IT.
• Hands-on experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow (on-prem a plus).
• Experience configuring ServiceNow ITSM and related modules.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, analyze and manage projects.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow product portfolio and IT security standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement new configurations and customizations for ServiceNow.
• Analyse requests and advise on new functionalities.
• Test and validate proposed changes and write code for the platform.
• Perform code reviews and maintain system integrity.
• Manage ServiceNow instance, files, services, and performance tuning.
• Maintain up-to-date patches and manage MariaDB databases.
• Investigate incidents, perform bug fixes, and propose technical designs.
• Create SOPs, docs, and user manuals for knowledge base.
• Provide design recommendations aligned with business requirements.
