Job summary

Infinity Quest is seeking a ServiceNow Developer in Warsaw for a 220-day contract with renewal potential. The role is hybrid (20% onsite in Poland and 80% remote within the EU).

You will implement configurations, troubleshoot, and maintain the ServiceNow platform and MariaDB backend to support enterprise needs. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in IT, 2+ years in ServiceNow roles, and professional knowledge of ITSM, integrations, and security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years IT experience with minimum 2 years in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow (on-prem advantageous).
• Experience configuring ServiceNow ITSM and other modules.
• Experience designing ServiceNow solutions; requirements gathering and project management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow products portfolio and IT security standards.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificates are required.
• Very good command of English (B2).

What will you be doing in this role:

• Implementing new configurations and customizations of ServiceNow platform
• Analysing and advising on requests for implementation of new functionalities of ServiceNow platform

• Managing and maintaining ServiceNow instance, including all files and services on which the instance is built (binaries, configuration, key stores, tomcat, java, local backup, performance tuning etc.) ensuring functionality and security compliance
• Maintaining ServiceNow up to date, upgrade and apply application patches
• Managing and maintaining MariaDB database files and services used by ServiceNow
• Analyse and resolve application related incidents and perform bug fixes
• Providing recommendations to business requirements and contributing to technical designs
• Maintaining up to date solution documentation including technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, knowledge base articles etc.

Requirements:-

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of IT relevant professional experience with minimum 2 years in a similar position.
• Excellent practical hands-on experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow platform (experience with on-prem will be advantageous).
• Excellent practical hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow platform (ITSM and others).
• Practical hands-on experience designing ServiceNow platform solutions.
• Excellent practical hands-on experience with requirements gathering, analysis and project management.
• Excellent practical knowledge of ServiceNow products portfolio.
• Excellent practical knowledge of Service Management.
• Experience in creating SOPs and other technical documentation.
• Knowledge of key technologies for ServiceNow integration (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST, etc.).
• Well understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability.
• Knowledge of IT security standards.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certificate and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificate are required.
• Very good command of spoken and written English (B2).
