Job summary

Frontex is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for Warsaw with an 80% remote work arrangement. 20% on-site engagement at Frontex Headquarters. The contract covers a 48-month mission with required security clearance from day 45, at CONFIDENTIAL UE/EU CONFIDENTIAL level.

The role requires 4+ years of IT experience (1+ year in relevant roles), B2 level English, and ServiceNow certifications. Collaboration with architects and administrators is key, with a focus on ITSM and platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow platform (on-prem experience a plus).
• Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow (ITSM and others).
• Experience designing ServiceNow platform solutions.
• Strong requirements gathering and project management skills.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow products portfolio and IT security standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop new configurations and customizations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Analyse requests and advise on new functionalities of ServiceNow.
• Test and validate proposed changes and write code for ServiceNow.
• Maintain up-to-date solution documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Architect and Administrator on projects.
• Ensure system integrity via code reviews and documentation maintenance.
