Altherias is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer for a key client in Warsaw, Poland. The role requires extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, ITSM configuration, and solution design in a hybrid remote setting.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong requirements gathering, project management, and documentation skills, plus deep knowledge of integration technologies (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST) and IT security standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow platform.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow ITSM and other modules.
• Designing ServiceNow platform solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements and managing projects.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow product portfolio and service management.
• Ability to create SOPs and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of web services, SSO, LDAP, REST, and integration technologies.
• Understanding of complex information systems and interoperability.
• Knowledge of IT security standards.
