Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer in Katowice with a mix of in-office and remote work. The role focuses on implementing, extending, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, collaborating with architects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

The candidate should have 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, ITIL knowledge, and ITIL-related certifications are a plus. English proficiency is advantageous for collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Certified in ServiceNow CAD and/or CIS preferred (IRM/HRSD/SecOps/ITOM).
• Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise service management concepts.
• English language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications across supported modules.
• Implement workflows, automation, business rules, integrations, and data models.
• Collaborate with technical leads to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Refine requirements with stakeholders and translate into tasks.
• Build and optimize UI policies, client scripts, and ACLs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance.
